The Package, as refered to in chapters 20, 21 and 22 is unknown at this time, but it is suspected to be AIDS/HIV
But it could be cancer. Seeing that Chuck is in the hospital and seems to have his head shaven. (Normally seen done to Cancer patients going through chemotherapy.)
